    Welcome Kurt, Glad to see you didn't buy into the rumors. Commanders are great airplanes and no more difficult to maintain than any other aircraft. Mechanics just need to reference the maintenance manual. You will also find a wealth of knowledge here.

    Welcome JJ, also no hangers available at my AP, however I have had some luck subleasing hangers while people are away on vacation. Not ideal, but it can limit your time on the tie downs until one becomes available. You might check with the locals.
