    Robin Miley

Re: Robin Miley Wow. Very sad but he is in a much better place than we all are. I remember the conversations Carl speaks about. He had no problem speaking his mind! Semper Fi Brother.

    MT Propeller

Re: MT Propeller I can tell you that on a 114TC there is a real difference in noise "type". It is way smoother and will out climb a standard prop. It spins faster when starting and changes pitch faster.

    MT prop from Carl Lee

Re: MT prop from Carl L Re: MT prop from Carl L After a few long flights I can say the prop is really worth it if you fly long distances. The noise and smoothness are amazing. I am confident I am seeing +100-125 FPM in climb. As far as overall speed I cant say its faster. I do feel because of...

    MT prop from Carl Lee

Re: MT prop from Carl L Re: MT prop from Carl L If anyone has interest in my prop I would be happy to talk to them. All it does is take up space in my hanger. TT is about 1900 and TTSOH is about 600. Those times ar not exact, but close.

    Swift Fuels

Re: Swift Fuels Im also a member of the Cessna twin owners society. They have a very large group of owners that have a big voice with aviation community. Most all the big twins fly behind large bore turbocharged power plants. They have quite a bit going on as I understand it to be able to keep...

Re: The need for speed . . . There are some tricks that can be done to keep the cylinders cooler on the 114TC series. I will post some pictures when I get a chance.

    Nose Actuator Replacement Parts

Re: Nose Actuator Replacement Parts An annual is an inspection. Nothing more. A shop cant force you to do anything. They can not sign it off as airworthy, but that cant make you do anything. We always provide a list of items that we deem as "airworthy" problems, i.e crack in the heat muff, a...
