All,
If possible, can each aircraft coming to Kemble let me know the number of people on board.
I need to let the Restaurant know how many they need to cater for.

Just to remind everyone, we can get corporate rates at the Cotswold Water Park Four Pillars Hotel.
I have received this from Glen who is the Operations Manager at Kemble today.

From memory it is around £80 per room per night and is really good.
They can book it by phone direct with reservations by just mentioning the Cotswold/Kemble Airport B&B rate and they will do the rest.

I can't fly in as BFPO's engine will be still on overhaul.
I might drive there, or accept offers for a lift.

D-EWAT is owned and flown by Stratis Scleparis - I'll try and find out how many will be joining him at Kemble.

Just a small change to your spreadsheet - D-EWAT is based at Thruxton and not Blackbushe.

In a lot of cases I have had to take a guess at where the aircraft are kept, for D-EWAT most of the information I could find seemed to point to Blackbushe.

Still trying to work this out, if positive, planning is for 3 Persons from Geneva
