I replied on the Flyer forum, but thought I'd make my way over here, too. I'll be there in 114A G-NATT from Liverpool (EGGP). Currently 2 POB: me and the wife of by then 5 days :)

John, as per post on flyer forum. Please add me in N1350J, 112B. We will be 3 POB and flying in from Tatenhill (EGBM). Will update s/sheet shortly.

For those not familiar with Kemble, PPR is very strict now and needs to be by phone due to the race car testing on the runway (unless you've other arrangements John?)

I have added you to the list and I will update the spreadsheet later.

Kemble are up to speed with our event and I will be talking to them next week for the final details.
I will let everyone know the latest when I have it.

Lets hope the snow does not make it this far south and is all gone for the guys in the north.
I need everyone to pray for sunshine and clear sky's!!:D

Willem, They will certainly know you are coming.
What are you doing about customs?
I have spoken to OPS at Kemble and they have said if you send them
an email then they will arrange the appropriate form for you (GAR) ops@cotswoldairport.com once this is done you can fly direct.

As for the car testing, they do not do this at the weekends I am told.

Here is a GAR (Customs) form if anyone needs it.

It is only mandatory to inform UK Borders Agency of the inbound flight if coming from countries inside the EU. Minimum 4 Hours notice required. Different rules apply if flying inbound from or outbound to areas covered by the terrorism act. (NI, ROI, IOM, CI) 12 hours both ways. Outbound to EU this form is not required.

You may find it useful to know that Kemble (Cotswold Airport) is in the county of Gloucestershire. (It is needed on the form).

As of today we have 24 aircraft confirmed for our Fly-In to Kemble.
For those that I have not heard from I have included 2 POB in the spreadsheet giving a total of 55 people.
Now if everyone turns up then we should have a really good day.
