I would also like a new damper. I've serviced mine regularly, but cannot keep oil in it.

Hi All,

We are keeping track of your requests, thanks.

The 1st article new design damper is in service on my 5LP, and performing great. I've never known Commander steering to have such a stable feel... and it is damping, not drag like on those ships where the pedals are completely buried in the carpets.

We are now manufacturing the first lot of ten. These will go to AOG cases for feedback on installation and performance before we proceed into steady production.

i'm a new pilot on the beutifull 114 commander and the only one 114 in ISRAEL and i'm also interested in buying the Damper, our's here is leaking like crying baby.

I'm having slime issues with the shimmies now. When race you anticipating the part will be ready for delivery.

Hi All,

New dampers have started shipping today, just a few, as part of a Beta Program. I cannot yet honor the pre-buy price due to high manufacturing costs, but the Beta program is designed to take care of some AOG, or virtual AOG cases, and to get some experience on the new design.

Not sure what "slime" issues are or what "race" I was talking about. I'm hoping my iPhone just autocorrected and I haven't totally lost my mind.

That being said, the installation video looks very helpful Jim and I'd like to purchase a kit when they are available.

You are not losing it - it's that dang auto spell that has most of us middle aged spellers all paranoid!

I am anticipating the FAA PMA approval today, in fact! Expecting to start production deliveries in October. It will take me several months to catch up on the backlog so it is important for you to get an order in with me before the line gets longer.
