APS - Highly recommended, and they will give you your money back if you're not satisfied. Thousands of people have gone through the course, and not one single person has asked for a refund. Online course is excellent, but the "live" course in Ada, OK is amazing! (And if you sign up for the live course, they give you the online version for a year for zero incremental cost.)
I think they also teach the "live" course in Australia every couple of years, and a guy in my class was trying to get them to bring it to Europe. (But the DownUnder and EU guys won't get to see the engine test lab, or watch the "live" run that makes you realize with 100% certainty that all the data they use is "real" and can be reproduced on demand, any time.)

One more thing: It's NOT all about trying to convince people to fly LOP, as many people might think. It's teaching you how to read and interpret the data from your digital engine monitor, and how to operate properly both ROP and LOP. The data they will show you will blow your mind, if you think 25 degrees ROP is a good place to run your engine (as recommended in many POHs)...
Final note: Information learned in the APS course about analyzing the logs from the engine monitor has enabled me to identify a problem with the exhaust valve in my #6 cylinder. It's showing very early symptoms of occasional leakage. Catching it early may allow us to repair that issue for a LOT less $$ than replacing the cylinder after a major failure of that valve. If nothing else, I will be watching it very closely from now on! In my case, the course paid for itself the very first flight after I took it!
Absolutely - best aviation-related course I've ever taken, bar none. Maybe the best organized learning experience I've ever had - and that's saying some, since I have attended literally hundreds of continuing education courses, seminars, etc. in my field (Computer Science)....But I and I know Jim will fully recommend that course to anyone.
