It's been long awaited, but the last details have been ironed out and everyone may now register for the 2010 fly-in. The link is on the home page but you can also click here.
This should be a great fly-in. In addition to its idyllic oceanside setting, the Jekyll Island Club Hotel has a rich history with names on the original membership list like Marshall Field, Henry Hyde, J.P. Morgan, Joseph Pulitzer and William K. Vanderbilt. It's both a 4-star resort and a National Historic Landmark.
There are lots of non-pilot activities for guests including golf, tennis, horseback riding, 9 miles of beaches, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, etc.
They even have their own private airstrip (09J) where many of this year's COG functions will be held.
I hope everyone can join us this year at Jekyll Island. It should be one of our best Fly-ins ever!
