During annual two of the A&P's were taking off the lower cowl and found they missed a hose while the upper screw was still in the cowl.

The result is a broken LH strap from the parts manual.  This rivets to the airframe around the firewall.  They will take care of the repair.  My guess is they are going to drill out the bad section and fabricate their own.  Can the original LH Strap be had from CPAC?  Should I allow them to make a repair on something they broke without demanding more?  This does appear to be a good A&P and I understand things happen, I just want to be treated fairly.

#27 is the part I need, the top bracket broke.
