I need some help from all of you.

I asked Pen Yan the difference of  Lycoming cylinder colors. Blue is factory new steel. Green is overhauled 10 over.
Supposedly of these 2 engine pictures they are both considered to be Blue...so I'm told. The work order on both of these engines state factory new steel.
