I just did some work on my beacon (not working - bulb)

Before putting everything back together I tested it and is seemed to work fine (flashing)

But after re-assembly of the rudder and the tail cone (I did repair a near broken ground while I was in there - but I did it correctly?) I checked all my lights and their operation.  Everything was fine but my beacon no longer BEAKS (not flashing).  It lights but doesn't flash.

I tried various setups - nav lights on/off - strobes on/off.  Same results with everything.

Any ideas what might be wrong in the tail cone to cause this??  Or any ideas in general?

I'm going to take the tail cone back off in the morning and start testing from there, just thought someone might have an idea what to look for.
