I was leaking compass fluid, so I ordered up the $12 compass repair kit from Spruce. Seemed pretty straight forward and now after two days, not a drop has leaked. However, it appears my calibration is WAY off (like 20 degrees or more). Is this common after a repair? Does anyone know the calibration proceedure or is this something I should pawn off on my A&P?
