here's a new one on me.  I hv another '78 114 for sale now that had a new 3 bladed Black Mac installed 01-92, hours now @ 2417 SNEW !!  Prop log entries show inspected every 100 hrs., but never a pull/re-seal, and more especially, never an overhaul!  I don't believe there is an official requirement when you operate Part 91 to hv to do an overhaul, but I do think this is going to be an issue on resale.   Does anyone else hv a 3 blade w/this much time on it?  I hv called prop shops in the past, and they just say there is a pull and re-seal requirement every 6 or 7 yrs.
