Out stooging through the goop yesterday (wonderful day for practice approaches - 300' - 500' w/ vis 1 - 3) when flying my third missed the gear wouldn't retract. ... not even a little.  Inconvenient but not as inconvenient as if it happened at the other end of the cycle.   

Our little birds sure are doggy flying climbs w/ the pegs out.  (Something for the newer additions to our merry band of bird men and women to try while the weather is good so, if such a thing happens in funky wx, the anxiety levels will remain w/in the green arc)

Headed back to the hangar tomorrow to ring out the electrical system.  Pump is OK and the down circuitry is working fine.  First two guesses are the gear selector switch or the up relay.  Replaced both the relays early last year so I'm betting on the switch or a loose ground.  We shall see...
