What type of cylinder should I use on this overhaul?

IO-360 angle vale Lycoming new right?

Many advocate nickle-carbide as the best process. It is available on reman only. Do I want reman, not really. Can one nickle-carbide coat new cylinders? Maybe.

Anyone know or have experience on this?
