Uh-oh ... bad oil analysis? Scott Sedam N4843W scott@truen.com

Just got what looks like a bad report from consecutive oil analysis. 45 hours on oil.  they told me to "Give the engine a good, hard look.). Engine hours, 501 SMOH

Aluminum up from 19 to 33  (26 is normal)

Chromium up from 8 to 13   (11 is normal)

Iron up from 62 to 99   (81 is normal)

Copper up from 20 to 24  (22 os normal)

Lead up from 5025 to 7461 (6243 is normal)

Tin up  from 2 to  3 (3 is normal)

Molybdenum up from 2 from 3 (3 is normal)

Silicon up from 5 to 7 (6 is normal)

Phosphorus up from 904 to 1033 (904 is normal)

Interesting that in the past 45 hours, (I got carried away the last couple and went over 40, I normally change oil and filter every 30-35 hours.) EVERY reading was less than the normal range for the T4B5D and now EVERY one is up, some significantly.  Mechanic found oil in #4 at annual with borescope.

Diagnosis Please?
