Changing to Lopresti bulbs in the wing tips was no easy do.
The bulb is deep and wider so mods had to be made. The bulb support is thinner. The old lens was too narrow. More redo had to be done. Another grand and 30 hours work. Had I known it would not have happened. New ribs, frames lenses, floating nutplates and all. Another aviation Pandora's box.
Seems that the older version of the wing lite kit is far different than the newer one.

The new owner of this kit is also involved and the new release of his kit will be a well fitting kit for the future.
