Re: a FAQ section ... absolutely. Sid and Mark and I were discussing it at lunch this week. Just as an example, I have attached a document that I started, collecting favorite bits of advice from the board. this could be coded and indexed very easily. I am wiling to be the initial collection point if people will email me their FAQ tips directly to scott@truen.com and put "ACII FAQ" in the subject window, then I can have outlook automatically route them into a file. Once a month, I could consolidate, let Word remake the index and repost.

or something like that ... if someone has a better idea, please, I am happy to delegate. But since I was in the process of doing it for myself, its not a big deal.
