Overhead Lights - Diode Location Mike Burlingham MikeRBeee mrburlingham@tampabay.rr.com
Now my next endeavor....
The four overhead lights seem to have a mind of their own. They will work "On Demand" for days then.... they are all dead. I see that the map light and the overheads are on the "Misc" breaker and I have confirmed it is working fine.
For the life of me I can't find the wire routing from the breaker to the overheads. There is a diode in the line to prevent a back feed when the step light circuit is activated.
In fact, with the step light on the co-pilot's light comes on as designed and you can get the rest of the lights to illuminate as well. That pretty much eliminates a ground problem.
Any ideas where the diode that is shown in the electrical schematic is located?
