Got 08J back from paint. When doing a close inspection I found that the paint people covered over the two screw holes that are in the cowling just aft the prop. There are two Duze fittings on like a spring plate. Those are still there, the question is if the two screws just in front of the Dzus fittings necessary?

This is for a 112 Ser#408.
I did fly it home that way but just wanted to be sure before I go drilling out my re painted cowling.
