Shot in the dark... I had similar symptoms and found that the strands in the ground wire to the squat switch (leads to a ring terminal in the right main wheel well) had oxidized so badly that they weren't conducting any signal juice. Replaced the ring connector and wire and all was hunky-dorie. Might be worth a check if you haven't.
