Clearly the engine on my plane was getting jealous of the engine on Steve's and Paul's planes. I just changed my oil.. and lo and behold: Aluminum.

It is probably the piston pin plug. But any metal is a bad thing (tm), so I am grounding the plane.

I won't be making the fly-in in Paso Robles.
