Carl I am experimenting with Avgas proof PVC for all my fuel lines under the cowling. I think I will need to use the Blue glue to help ensure that I have no leaks. Can you elaborate on this and PS I have had a couple of beers so I am almost ready to install this.

I got the first set out of the molds yesterday. The kit consists of 8 individual pieces. 6 of the 8 fit perfectly, but 2 of them had a slight twist that would have made them hard to install, so we are going to have to adjust the molds. We don't have to make new molds, just cut them from their mounts and remount them, so the parts will come out with the right shape.
These are not easy parts to make, there's a lot of contours and angles to take into account, and it's more than just mathematics, it's also art. They don't just have to work - they have to look good too.
I should have the corrected set in my hands next week, and if all looks good. Will be able to start shipping parts by the end of next week.
I'm going to work on some simple instructions with pictures to post here on the website too.
