Re: Where is Robin Milley?
Robin and I have been talking for nearly a year about the possibilities for RCM Normalizing and the Hot Shot conversion. Last month, just before the Sedona Fly-in, we settled on an agreement to transfer RCM Normalizing to Fly In Vacations. I have been working ever since to ensure that I can properly support the existing fleet of Hot Shots and continue to produce the parts necessary for future conversions. I didn't want to make this announcement until I was certain that I was capable of providing these two things.
Robin's contribution to the Commander fleet is unquestionably one of, if not the, greatest that there has ever been. He deserves our utmost respect and admiration. I know that I will never be able to fill Robin's shoes, but I will do my best to help any of you in any way that I can. If I can't help you, I will do whatever I can to find you the answers you are looking for.
As Bill mentioned Robin has been struggling with some health problems and other issues, and has made a decision to move on to another season of life. Out of respect for Robin and Ola I would like to ask all of you to please direct any questions you have regarding this matter to me. If you are interested in Commander parts not related to the Hot Shot, and you think Robin may have them, please contact me and I will get in touch with Robin for you.
A new RCM website is under construction and should be up and running within the next few weeks.
The future of the Commander factory may be uncertain, but the future of the Hot Shot, has never been brighter.
