I am workingin Augusta, GA, finishing up around noon tomorrow (Friday) then I have to be in Sarasota for Dinner Sunday ... so I thought why not just stay south? So I found a great little place on AirBNB (fantastic site, btw) in Cedar Key and going to fly in there tomorrow afternoon. Just chill, do some writing, clean the plane. Anyway, I am wondering if anyone is interested a meet-up Sunday mid-morning breakfast or maybe lunch somewhere roughly between Cedar Key (yeah, I know it is short, have flown over it many times) and Naples-ish.

If anyone has a good idea and place, please post!

Scott there's a GPA chapter there - am sure they could arrange a meet-up for you.

Well, of course you, among all COG members, would know that, Sid, since you are President of the GPA Mid-Atlantic Region (NOT that there is anythinbg wrong with that, of course!). Seasoned traveller that I am, if I was interested in GPA, I would have of course called you first!

Thanks for your kind offer though. You are an absolute sweetheart!

Drove to Cedar Key while traveling FL. Love the place and want to fly there some day. Some interesting history too.

Cedar Key is on my 'avn bucket list' and I'm a bit behind on my flying hour program . . . I'd be interested.

Scott I don't have a glow green colored plane - they would be friendly towards me.
