We can make it the 14th. April that is fine by me, like you say we cannot please everyone.

I have spoken to Kemble(Cotswold Airport) again today and got a very friendly welcome.
They are going to let me know of any concessions they might be able to offer and as soon as I know then I will report on here.

So the date is confirmed as Saturday April 14th. at EGBP.
Now lets hope that the majority can make it. It would be good to get even more to
attend if possible and I have sent a text to Mike Perry in Guernsey today to let the guys know down there.
He seemed to think that some might want to attend.

Hugh,
I know that Blackbushe have a lot of owners there, perhaps you can spread the word.

The only thing I ask is please let me know of any new attendees so that I can keep the airfield informed.

Already spreading .... had a good chat to afew of the owners over T at the week-end. Now we have a firm date, I'll let them know his week-end - over more T!

Ok, I have been talking with Jay who is a FISO and Event organiser at Kemble today and we have confirmed the date of the 14th. April which is now fixed.

Landing fees are £17.50 but we have a 25% discount on this.
We will have plenty of room in the AV8 Restaurant, they can cater for up to 200 people so we should be fine http://www.av8-cotswoldairport.co.uk/Av8.html.

For hotels, let me know if you want accommodation and Jay can get us preferential rates at The Four Pillars Cotswold Water Park Hotel http://www.cotswoldwaterparkhotel.co.uk/.

Brize Norton will give Zone transits on 119.000 and also provide a co-ordinated Radar Service on 124.275.
Kemble requires PPR on +44(0)1285 771177 so you can either do this individually or nearer the time I can do this on a single block email if you let me know (this may be the best way with those travelling from Europe).

That's all I have at the moment, I will keep you all informed if anything else comes up.

It would be nice if we can get even more to attend so please spread the word.
