I renewed my membership via PayPal off the link on the site, but my membership is not showing up. Anyone know how to fix this?
 
Send Glenn an email. Happened to me also. Glenn can fix it quick.

I am getting this error page while trying to renew my subscription. Any help is appreciated. IMG_4032.png
 
I'm getting the same thing Venkat is getting. I'd like to renew as I get a tremendous amount of value out of this site!
 
Same issue, cannot renew.
 
Hopefully one of the moderators reads this soon and takes action to fix it.

Still working on it, but we've added time to your current subscription to cover you (and Todd) until PayPal gets things straightened out.
 
Awesome, thank you very much. As soon as Paypal gets their crap together I'll re-up. I'll try it (roughly) every day until it goes through.

I know that this has been an ongoing issue and PayPal will be necessary to register for the fly-in. Is it now resolved?
 
Alan/Kaushik - we've got you covered through the end of July.

PayPal is an enigma to me. It is the world's largest payment processor but like many mega corporations, they try to run with only overseas outsourced call centers. So if you actually need to do something out of the ordinary, it becomes an exercise in frustration.

Our treasurer Bob Tippens reports some progress (this is a tax paperwork issue), but we are still waiting on PP.
 
Glenn, can we pay via Zelle or send a check in the mean time?
 
Check works fine. Best workaround for the moment. PayPal issue has been quite aggravating.
 
Hi Glenn - I'm trying to renew after a membership lapse. Can I send you a check as well to get reactivated? Where do I send it and who should I make out the check to? Thanks!
