We are going SouthEast for the 2010 Fly-In. We need to pick a date to negotiate with hotels/resorts.
Please Note:

Vote ONLY if you are likely to attend.

Vote for ALL choices that will work for you.

If you are coming but you really don't care ... check all 5 options

The dates are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We understand that many come earlier.

In consideration of our membership, we have tried to avoid the Yom Kippur weekend, as wll as Christmas, Easter, Pilgramage to Mecca, Soltice Festival, May Day, Navajo Skin-walker ceremonies, the Murphy Family Machine-Gun Festival and the Siddiqi Mile High Club Gathering. We cannot accommadate all special needs but we try.

Oops Jim B pardon - the Denver one was while flying at 10,500 ft (and under flight following to be safe) was I supposed to have declared it a 2 mile club flight?
