New COG member - Houston

Howdy COG members,

I am new to the COG and a perspective 114/114B owner. I am close to calling Judy, but I have one thing holding me back at this time. While I have seen the aircraft on the ramp and stood in awe of the beauty of the plane I have yet to be able to sit in one.

Is these anybody body in the Houston area that would let me walk around your plane and sit behind the controls? I live near AXH, but I am able to get around to any of the airports in the Houston or surrounding area.

I really appreciate any help anyone could provide.

Caution: Judi did the same for me in 2010 and after that initial local static 'sit-in' - - that was all it took. Two months later I was New Bern NC closing on 114JA . . .
She does not care for the accolades but Judi is the BEST!!

Judi is the mother of all Commanders. She arranged a ride for me with Allen in IL. I was looking at other airplanes including a possible 112 in California. My first ride on a Commander was with Allen. He is an amazing person and very skilled pilot and I was sold right then and there.

As said above, give in and succumb to the inevitable. Definitely call Judi. She got me in my 95 114B last year and I have loved every minute flying that airplane.

I am in NE Texas near Longview. If you get up this way let me know. I fly into Houston fairly often for business. Usually Houston Hobby or West Houston airports.
