New 114A owner in the UK

Hello all, just to introduce myself properly. I (We) myself and aircraft partner are the new owners of G-JURG a 114A in the UK, the aircraft is based at Wickenby (EGNW). We collected her on Wednesday this week, thank you Geoff Wright for meeting us at Coventry airport and giving us a few important pointers. Interestingly my first flight in her since flying with a previous owner some years ago when she was in a Red and White livery .

Both of us are having some training with the aircraft just to bring us both up to speed with handling and systems. I have to say I am very impressed so far and looking forward to many hours of comfortable flying. I will have so many questions, some probably stupid, so please be kind

We are located in East of France with a C114B. We should organize a fly Inn for the European based Commanders one day…

Yeah welcome to the Commander family , I’m based at Cranfield, talking about a Commander European fly in, does any owners over this side if the pond remember the fly in we had at Le-Touguet ? Some years ago now.
