Looking to Own in Colorado

Workman

New member
Afternoon all - Looking to purchase an aircraft for personal travel. Really like the looks and performance of the Commander - especially the roomy cabin since I am a bit on the stout side (250-6ft). I have initiated contact with Judi and she is going to send photos and data on an AC she has in inventory.

This is a 76 112TC. I am also looking at a 77 112TC-A both listed on ASO.

If there is a owner any where near Montrose (KMJT) - I would love to buy you lunch and pick your brain.

Hah we passed in cyber space, Ron. get sent all pics, specs, docs, data, etc. (was side-tracked watching football and not working :) )

Hv scans of last 4 yrs. eng logs, but not all since new (yet). Plane was formerly owned by our COG Treasurer Bob Tippen's in Tyler, TX.
he can tell you a lot of what was done during the course of his ownership. lots of good maint. done over the yrs., and since Bob was also
CPAC CFO there are several CAC and CPAC annuals. Plane is currently going in for annual this Wed. You're welcome to visit w/current
owner Bill Harbit @ BAZ for any add'l. questions you hv. He's been a good owner, just getting 'out of flying' now.

Ron,

I am based in Front Range (KFTG) and would be happy to meet up/talk if we can coordinate it. I may be in KBJC this evening or Tuesday evening also with 42W.

Just let me know

Re: Looking to Own in Colorado

Ron, I am about 2 hours distant & while a trip to Montrose sounds like fun, I think you will be well taken care of by the COG members nearer to you.

I was considering both of the 112TC's you mention, as they were both on the market when I purchased N1094J. If you have any desire to talk shoot me a private message. While I'm one of the newer COG owners, I'd be happy to share my thoughts and insights.
