Interesting! Can anyone read the registration numbers?

Are they COG members? Should be; northern members could assist them with cold weather operations or maybe they could assist us with cold weather operations...

Not still Soviet is it? Doubt you could have an aircraft without sharing it with everyone... According to their needs.
