Hello COG

Moazzam-Sure I missed some stuff, help Darrell out here. Wonder where Kelly is?
Darrell, Moazzam is our T0-360 engineering tech specialist on documenting and detailing performance settings 'by the #s'.Absolutely incredible precision. His upgrades just 'creme de la creme'.

Joel Schwartz is our encyclopedia of sourcing parts & analysis and experience.going on 5000hrs. Think Joel is on his 3rd engine.

Kelly also incredible experience in rebuilding . As Automotive world has access and detailed knowledge of suppliers & access.

I did rebuild my engine 2011-2012, subcontracting but reassembled all the accessories.

Other TC owners and former owners also share their experiences and collectively we support each other and have come to some consensus about 'operational procedures.

I have limited my comments to just the unique T0-360 /TC/A issues,. Frank Sapienza FS is our supreme Dr. Of Commandetology Parts & Production changes Encyclopaedia.
Bill Bailey one of our Engineering Resources aside from Jim Richards/Aerodyme.

Most of us try to monitor the Forums 'very frequently if not daily. And Glenn Mores, our President, also has a wonderfully unique perspective on the whole fleet.

Well I would like to be able to give something back to the group. I want to put up a two part thread. One for everyone to pass information to me prior to the class (experience or knowledge of the TO-360/IO-360), and one for members to pass me questions to take to Lycoming and perhaps I can bring back some answers. During the course we will be disassembling an IO-360, but the gal that I talked at the school says that internally there is little to no difference. Do you have any advice on the best way to address a thread to cover this?

N1858J is a beautiful airplane! I love that color combination. It looks like it is in great condition.

Thanks Steve, the airplane is in incredibly good shape. Just needs some updating. Just can’t wait to start flying places with her.
