Has anyone made reservations at the Inn or should I?

How many will be attending?

I plan to go but have not yet made the reservations. Plane is still in the shop, with a bad fuel pressure probe and the autopilot computer out for repair. The first problem should be fixed Tuesday; I would fly without the autopilot if the weather is OK.

If you are going to make reservations include me and Charyn. Vince will also be there, so we are currently up to 4. Has anyone else shown an interest?

If this is now for Feb 22, the current 10 day weather forecast is for rain that weekend. Obviously, long-range may be inaccurate, but worth being aware of since there are reservations involved.

It is looking like Furnace creek might be a bust for this weekend. Weather forecast is for cloudy with rain.

Yes, it is looking that way. Might not be raining there, but tough to get in or out. I think we should have a more accurate prediction by tomorrow and I would not plan to go if they are still predicting rain by Friday. Of course, if weather turns nice, we could take our chances on the reservations.

I was planning on going in on Sunday morning and spending the night to explore the place. Based on the outlook I canceled the room today.
I would love to reschedule when weather is better.
If you guy's decide to go and the prediction gets better I can call to see if there is a room available last minute.

Weather is still iffy. I have a bit of a cold so probably should cancel for this weekend. I still would like to do it some time within the next four weeks, before the weather heats up. Anyone have any date preference? I would like to propose Sunday March 8, and if the weather outlook is good earlier that week I will make the reservations.

In the reply block just click on the smiley faces on the right. :)

I don't believe it works from the quick reply option at the bottom of the page. If you click on Go Advanced you will find more options including the smiley's or when you edit your post they will be available.

Sorry to see it not come together.......I'll keep watch for the next Sunday date and hopefully we can make it.
