I'll check when I get back this weekend, but pretty sure Spruce has it plus a few others. Shipping was the big cost variable when I was shopping and I think I ended up buying from Wag Aero.

Are you seeking a tug application tow bar or a collapsible hand tow bar?

Good point Bill. This is a tug bar - either pintel or ball hitch.
