Early Summer Fly-In Lunch

Re: Early Summer Fly-In Lunch

I have not set foot in Illinois since March 2003 after Dumbass Daley destroyed Meigs. I do, however, occasionally empty my "Johhnny Bottle" when I fly over...:D

It appears Decatur is located halfway between Chicago(the head) and St. Louis(the feet)....so, that would make Decatur the Arschloch of the Universe, would it not???

Free translator link for those wanting the definition of Arschloch....;)

Hey Gary, great to hear from you! Hope all is well.

BTW, no translation needed methinks! Every state has one, most people too!

Re: Early Summer Fly-In Lunch

Ich bedanke Mich fur irhe commentar wegen meiner stadt.

Given the high class language you use on this forum in describing my town and airport, I can only imagine you must be a Sunday School teacher in real life. I assume also that I should take you off the list of expected attendees.

Cheers

Hello Boys, good to hear from youse guys, as well.

Well, I was going to respond to Mr. Schwieger's reply, but I don't believe he has sufficient epidermal density to withstand a full frontal confrontation, so I digress....;)

Re: Early Summer Fly-In Lunch

Good decision Gary. Let's both act adult.

Re: Early Summer Fly-In Lunch

All - Just a final reminder of the KDEC fly in next Saturday. In addition to two WINGS seminars and lunch, there will be Commander "walk around" with Will Gaitros the local IA.

Bett and I are also inviting all Commander Pilots and Crews for dinner as our guests on Friday evening and Saturday evening if your plans allow.

Let us know your ETA and availability for dinner(s).

Re: Early Summer Fly-In Lunch

Are non-Commander owners (possible future owner if Congress gets off their butts) welcome?
What time are the Seminars & walk around going to happen?

Re: Early Summer Fly-In Lunch

Hi Mike - Of course you are welcome. This is for general aviation - there will be a glider and a Cub there as well - and I am trying to create a special Commander awareness. The first seminar on ADS-B starts at 11, the walk around at 12 and the seminar on accident causes starts at 1. The Springfield FSDO is conducting the seminars for WINGS credit.

Please be sure to look me up when you get here.

Dennis
