Just wondering if the dates were set for the COG fly-in in September? I have always wanted to see the air races in Reno, but I hesitate to purchase tickets when the COG event might be conveniently close to those of us in the Midwest this year.
Any news would be appreciated…
 
Yeah, and the Reno air races may be coming to an end I thought? Maybe this is the last year?
 
You’re right, it’s the last year at Reno, and maybe the last year ever to see airplanes whiz by in a group @ 400+ mph.
 
Of course with the dwindling numbers of Commanders, it could be the last year for a COG fly-in…
 
There are a few sites in the Midwest under consideration. Currently, MI, OH, IN areas. We want to try to avoid a conflict with Reno if possible.
 
Thanks Bill, that’s what I was hoping you guys would try to do.
 
Boyne Mountain was a good location about 10 years ago.
