Rolf....I know Minnesota has experienced a difficult winter. From the looks of the weather forecasts, Wednesday looks like another tough day for your part of the world. You all up there can blame the winter sub-tropical High, that has been hanging out more often in the Gulf of Mexico instead of off the east coast of Florida in the Bahamas. That pattern sends all the systems up your way, and across the Great Lakes to Upper New England. No snow or Nor'easters for us this winter because of this weather pattern.
