Not sure if I posted this before but if you have not seen this, give it a watch. One of my son Conor's best friends has flown Helicopters commercially since age 17. His dad had the company but passed away about 10 years ago and Nick has run it ever since. He is 37 now, with 20 years experience. Their mainstay is expedited parts for auto plants, but they also do news work, fly rescue and cams for powerboat races and other cool stuff. Three of the biggest names in music wanted a chopper for a music video. They picked Nick. Some real skills here. Open up your screen to full size, turn the volume up and sit back. Yeah, there is some rap in it, but it is totally cool. Admire and enjoy!

Do people actually pay for stuff like this?. Like buying a record.
I would rather listen to " Chainsaw" my rooster than that noise.

OK, since we are playing "My video is better than yours ..." Here is another buddy of mine, flying a Sky Crane during the most recent Colorado Fires. Pretty amazing stuff. NO MUSIC! Now, I only have two fiend who fly choppers, currently at least, so this is my last video entry.

That small insignia in the lower right of the video is the Army Warrant Officer (Rising Eagle). Dubbed by those who wear it as a 'squash bug'. Countless demerits have resulted from tainted or not shinned emblems during daily inspections during flight training.
The significance of the emblem is that it represents the Army Aviation Warrant Officer who actually is the heart of Army Aviation.
The Avn Branch consists of Commission, Warrant, and Non-Commission officers.
The typical organization (Company level / 8 Apaches) may have 4 Commission and 12 Warrant Officers aviators. Comm guys are the leaders and the WO's are the specialized technicians. The lowest ranking CO (LT) outranks the most senior WO. The WO's are almost always the Pilot-in-Command / aircraft commander even when paired with a Comm Officer. Sounds kind of screwy but the in actuality it works very well. At one time the Army utilized NOC's as Aerial Observers but that didn't last too long and was phased out.

So, when you see an Army video of 'maneuvering helo flight' you can pretty much guarantee it is a WO at the controls.

My buddy also fly's a sky crane! Dave he tells me they get 25K and hour for it!
