I went to West Virginia Friday to see a friend that I had not seen in 28 years. He's a poet living in Richwood WV.
A very rural poor area. I stayed at his house in an area more nowhere than Wyoming. He had no phone nor cell service and his plumbing broke in February. I fixed it for him as a favor for staying.

A very impressionable character, so you'll see.

In the attached center is a clearing where is house is.
A great visit.
:)

Glad to see you got the CD I made you. Never heard whether or not you liked it. Cool Video. That airport looks very similar to the one at Berkely Springs WV.

Jim, for 2 months now I've been asking all about who left the CD in my hangar.
Glad the mystery is now solved. Yes, pleasant to listen to and good video background.
Thanks.
:)

That was super nice. It always great to not only hear how someone gets a rush from flying; but to also feel it as he did. These are things that never leave people's memories.

Very cool. Wish I were there. Do all your friends live in these isolated places?....wait a minute...I resemble that remark!

At least he warned me of lots of hail and 5 blizzards a year.

Memories are what we live on and it's fun to share.

Very cool. Not been into that one, but have been into many in that part of the world on my Appachia Service Project ventures. Very challenging and fun. And taking folks who would not otherwise had the chance is as rewarding for me as it is for them.

Harlan KY and Middllesboro, KY are two beauties.
