Bill, most of the pictures are still on Dave's laptop. I will post a note shortly in the members area with intructions on how people can post their pictures in the COG gallery.

Vince just wanted to say to you and all that put the Fly-in together that it was awesome. I wish Joann would have been able to make it with me but that's what I get for not telling her and trying to make it a surprise. I want to thank all of the people that helped in the gifts and donations for the fly-in. I was very surprised to win anything especially the light-speed headset. I know there was a lot of preparation and behind the scenes that most take for granted but I just wanted to say thanks. The Dinner was very nice and the Steak was to die for still thinking how good it was. Now back to work and reality. I hope all made it home ok and look forward to seeing you all again. I would not change the least little detail of the entire Fly-in!!!!!

LAST and FINAL OFFER FOR COG POLO SHIRTS

Some of the attendees at the Sedona Fly-In who did not pre-order the COG Polo Shirt when they registered for the Fly-In, expressed an interest in purchasing one or more now. I've been able to obtain the same group price from our vendor, however as expected, they would not provide free shipping as they did with the bulk order, so there is an increase to cover shipping and handling. This offer is available for a limited time only.

So, if you want a COG Polo Shirt, you must order it no later than October 9th.

Allow approx. 2 weeks from that date for shipping.

Here's what you must do:

1. Send me a PM (private email) indicating the number of shirts and sizes, along with your full name and mailing address.

2. Thru Pay Pal only, pay the total amount below (includes shipping and handling), using the COG Treasurers email address: bjtippens@embarqmail.com

Please note there is only a 2% shrinkage rate on these shirts.

Ladies and Germs,

I will be visiting Blaine Loudin this coming Saturday to hand deliver his fly-in mug and shirt. Will post pix.

Would love to share the Saturday evening fly-in slide show with him. Would anyone (Dave perhaps??) be able to either email me a copy of the pix/slides or post them to a server and send me the link? Expect to have wi-fi available and will bring my laptop if we will have access to the photos. Will be at LEX for lunch @ noon. Any other drivers that are going in the area are welcome to join in the fun.

You betcha. Heard a stat that we are losing 1200 members of The Greatest Generation each day now. Have to treasure every day we are granted with those folks.

btw. Cirrus owners are having their annual fly in at Sedona in a few weeks. SEZ fuel guy told my friend George the Commander people bought about 2000 gal of gasoline. He really appreciated that!

The former one is from the last SEZ Fly-in (2005 I believe). The latter gallery has a total of four, count 'em four, pix. Think Dave Kalbach has the Saturday evening slide show pix on his laptop. Oh, Daaaaave... are you out there? Please post as soon as you can. Would love to show them to Blaine tomorrow.

Thanks to all for posting pictures. Both Blaine and Sue really enjoyed reviewing them today. Delivered their SEZ fly-in loot. They really missed seeing everyone and send their love. Thank you to both for a lovely lunch. Hard to beat a nice meal with great friends.

Many, many thnaks to Bill for the delivery of the "loot". More thanks to Vince for the shirt and cap for which I am more than willing to pay, just need an adress to send the check. Thanks to Pete for the mugs fom Jekyl Island and Sedona. All of you people are some of my best friends and Sue & I appreciate the kind words directed our way.

Hi All,

Just a quick follow-up from Sedona: For those who flew in and signed up for an "Official Certificate" for landing on the "SS Sedona", I just got the word from management at Sedona Airport that they have been completed and will be mailed out next week.

Sounds good. How does Thursday look for you? Carl will be down this way in a meeting in San Bernardino and will be heading back our way in time for a 1230 or 1300 lunch. We could do Cable or Brackett, your call.

Joe, you want to join us? We can pretend that it's a mini Fly-In.
