Re: Oshkosh 2017 I go one way or another. I also had to go to Fond Du Lac last year Monday morning. It worked out fine, but usual 0720 on a weekday is a great time to slip in on the arrival. My backup plan is always to drive.

Re: Great Lakes Fly In 2017 When we went to Beaver Island two years back we were able to use the courtesy van to get into town. The bison burger at the local establishment was most excellent. I do agree, Mackinac Island is much more festive.
