I have recently purchased my first plane – a 114. It is a 1977 model built with a 2 blade prop, but has been fitted with a later model engine and 3 blade prop. My POH only has performance charts at MTOW but 114A POH I’ve seen on the web have charts for all weights.
Was there a 114 3 blade version prior to the 114A?
What are the differences that allows a higher weight for 114A?
Are the 114A performance charts applicable to my plane?
