Good video, from what I see in the pictures looks like you are flying a very fine Commander.

Life is a barrel of fun.

Super video, thanks for sharing.
I’ve landed at many of your stops; Lake Havasu is the home of the actual “London Bridge” which was moved from England – it was so hot the day we landed that our helo skids sank into the hot asphalt.
We shot up the west side of the Great Salt Lake (gunnery range) and had to dodge a flight of F-16s out of Hill AFB as well. Stopped in Pueblo, Co and used sup O2 to cross the Rockies. (Are the Flower ‘Avn‘ girls still there??)
How about those dang sun visors?
Someone can make a million by designing some sort of friction device to help keep them in place.
I gave up and went with the Rosens . .
Great job of ‘Aviating, Navigating and Communicating . . .

in the Commander, it's all so much about the experience, isn't it?
good stuff, Brian. watching the trip, all so much better than the morning newspaper for sure. :)

Thats awesome, wish I had the time to do that. Steve

Yes the Flower girls are there. We stayed in a Hotel looking at the London Bridge quite a story. Your right about the visors too! I left out the part when Salt Lake handed me off to Seattle when I was already pushed down by the ceiling to 6,500 Seattle did not answer
checked the freq. with my IPAD info I had the channel right. Flipped back to Salt Lake no answer was right over La Grange OR landed headed in to the FBO to get out of the rain was looking for a ATC phone number. The FBO phone rings is 377SB there? yes he is...Glad I found you we lost radar and knew you were in the weather all planes accounted for you did the right thing landing first call later.
Yes indeed Ken one of the finest Commanders in the fleet!

You'r right about that Judi! I would never have traveled that far for a three night stay if I didn't enjoy every minute of the flight getting there and the challenges it pose's. Not to mention meeting all of you and seeing that many ships in one location.

Re: Small clips in time 31 hr Journey to T82

Thanks Tim maybe next year you will make it. They say it will be on the east third of the US I hope it's north. Any place is going to be a lot easier to get to for us in the NW than Texas. I used basiclly your mid Rockies route long but very pretty. I was not happy my micro card in the video was full over the rocks. I bought a new one in Provo UT.

Me too Brian. Still need for you Frank and I to get together sometime. Ice season is here though but maybe we can get a good day to meet up. Im busted right now though so hard to say when ill be back in the air.

Lots of fog too but it seems to burn off around noon or so. Puyullap or Yakima might be a good place to meet up some weekend. If the gorge is clear then the chances are good for the east side. Coming from Wenatchee to Yakima might be easier if the gorge is ok.
Bremerton might not be too bad form Wenatchee either . Either way the mountains between us can be difficult.
