New Owner N4771W

Sorry Kelly. I had a 10 hour flying day. I was supposed to overnight in Grove Oklahoma, but ended up flying all the way to Lago Vista. I’ll get up to see you soon!

Craig!!
Super news. Hey, I probably have most of those parts you 'practically / gave away' during the Co FlyIn. Let me know if you need any of them. Probably take me a few days to 'find' them . . . :o

Man! really glad to hear of your acquisition. Look forward to linking up again.

Clear Skies, John

I was lucky enough to meet Craig and his airplane this past Saturday. What a nice Commander! (and nice owner too!) I have never seen a 114 Hot Shot and it was a treat to see one and get to hear Carl Lee talk about it at the same time.

I just flew to Fort Smith AR this past Sunday in my 114B and I thought about how nice a turbo would be in the summer to get up high in the cooler air!

Great airplane Craig!

Stephen,
I appreciate all the compliments, but I think you have me and the plane crossed with someone else. Maybe 114GG? 71W was in the hangar at Lago Vista this past weekend. Don't want to take someone else's creds. :D

James,
My dear friend. I would gladly trade all the Commander parts in the world to have you still here with us. I'm sorry I didn't see this message before your passing. RIP and always severe clear for you from now on.

Craig - correct - I saw 114GG at KRFI! Mixed up the N number.

Definitely bittersweet to see one of James Wright's last posts on this forum. He sure helped me out a lot getting my 114B sorted out a few years ago.

I agree. I'm glad it was a tail number mix up. The other scenario would be I was there and didn't remember it.:rolleyes:
