Actually I live on Bainbridge Island -- a short 35min ferry ride from Seattle. My 1976 Commander 114 is based in Bremerton, WA (KPWT) about an hour drive SW of Bainbridge.

My wife and I are planning to fly to Oshkosh in July. I'd be interested in knowing how many members will also be planning to attend the EAA fest.

WE usually get 8-10, maybe 12, flying in at different time. My son Conor and I virtually always come Thursday through Sunday. There is a contingent with Pat & Betty Murphy at the core who come in Friday or Saturday and stay till mid-week. I will start a thread on it.

Welcome to COG. Im in the Vancouver WA area. There another member down here (Frank) and one in Wenatchee. I drop into PWT a few times for fish and chips. Good to see another PNW member.

Doug welcome to the merry although not always commanding band.

Tell us when you're coming in to OSH and usually there're several camping by their airplanes in the mid Noth area Row 180 or so. Looking forward to seeing you there.
