Can someone explain to me why I am locked out of the members only forum when I am on Autopay and my paypal shows that my membership was paid on NOV 16, 2016?

Hi John; your paid membership shows 11-19-2015 to 11-19-2016.
If you're on auto pay, Bob Tippens will square you away.

Looks like the automatic linkage between the payment processor and our conferencing system didn't update correctly for some reason.

Jim - your account shows as renewed 9/13 and active through 9/15/18. If you're having some sort of trouble accessing the members-only conferences, drop a note to our webmaster Radu and he can help straighten it out for you.

I've had the same problem every single year with pay pal.

Most of the issues are due to the vBulletin integration with PP. So we try to manually check every one of the registrations Tim, but occasionally one sneaks by us.

Sorry to start this thread continuing, but I got the email below today. I have auto renewal with Pay-Pal and it shows membership was paid on Nov 16, 2017.


Dear John,

Your access to the paid subscription "COG membership" is about to expire.

If you have selected a recurring subscription you will be automatically billed for the renewal, else to renew this subscription you must visit http://hoster2.commander.org/vb/payments.php

If you do not extend your subscription, access will be removed.

I haven’t received notice, but I can’t access members only. I can’t seem to find anywhere my subscription details. Glenn or Judy, can you look into this please?

quick look @ your profile/acct. your membership was paid for 08-09-2015 to 08-09-2017.

just copy them w/your Paypal receipt. since it's not the 19th (yet), maybe it doesn't show effective til then?? Bob?
