Flight with my son in our aiplanes

My son, wife, and my son's girlfriend made an early morning flight to Sulpher Springs TX to eat breakfast at the Red Barn Cafe. It is a great little cafe right across the street from the airport. My son fly's my 1981 Beech Sundowner and is about to take his IFR check ride later this month. He plans to continue on and get his CFI rating soon. He is 21 years old and a senior at UT Tyler this upcoming fall.

We had a great time and the weather was perfect.

That's pretty awesome. My son is 10 now and he is showing some deep interest in aviation. That's really cool seeing the family enjoying aviation together.

Now, with that 115, I bet you were already done with breakfast by the time he landed. LOL.

No doubt about that. He wants to fly that Commander so bad but I can't afford to insure him for it!
