Just landed at Craig and found another Commander

formerly Anton Englebrecht's fm Ft. Myers. not sure the owner now.
1982 in South Africa, then in 2003 transported to the United Kingdom where the new Engine and Prop were installed, then flown back to USA in 2012.
wonder who painted it? It's a '78 by S/N, not sure why they added 114GT on the tail?

GT mans Gran Turismo, which was Rockwell's marketing term for the '79s only. '78s are still 114As.
