Hmmmph. From what I understand that a flight of 4 Blackhawks were inbound and conflicting with Mr. Bunn's arrival.

Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. (It was all Bob James' fault!)

On that occasion it wasn't a real clown, it was one of those we used to call a failed pilot who had to move to ATC instead. Most ATC personnel are very good, you just get odd one now and then.
