COG Site Speed

I have noticed in the last couple of months a sluggish response time for this web site. Anyone else notice a delay when clicking on a thread before it actually displays? I get a lot of "waiting for commander.org".

I seem to never get it opening, sometimes on posting it slows way down ... this on an amped up computer on a high speed wired connection. So i know it is not on our end.

I've noticed that for a while now. Normally it's fine, but once in a while it gets persnickety and bogs waaaaay down for a while. I just try again later when that happens.

Same here but usually it is the opening of the first page. Once in - things work ok for me.

Yeah, this current server will be getting replaced shortly as there are a number of 'issues'. The replacement/upgrade is a bit involved but Radu and I are on it.

Have written and lost (when 'submit quick reply') touched. Since Oshkosh. Very frustrating, but tonite seems better so wil repost flight/'issues' updates.
